FCN is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Officer to lead online presence and engagement for Franklin Covey Nigeria. As a key member of the Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the digital and social media strategy, creating and curating content, and managing FCN’s online communities.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic professional who can seamlessly handle IT support tasks while contributing to the development of our front-end applications. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and front-end development using React.js.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support:
· Provide first-line troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
· Source and work with hardware engineers for repairs
· Maintain and configure company hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals).
· Work and support knowledge of Microsoft office 365 and other Microsoft office tools
· Manage user accounts, permissions, and software licensing in accordance with company policies.
· Respond to and resolve technical incidents and service requests promptly.
· Document and escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams or vendors.
· Ensure cybersecurity best practices are adhered to across all systems
Front-End Development:
· Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js and modern front-end technologies.
· Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement UI/UX designs and ensure seamless functionality.
· Optimize web applications for maximum performance and scalability.
· Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues, implementing effective solutions.
· Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.
· Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Required Qualifications
· Education: Minimum of BSc or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support and front-end development.
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in IT support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
· Strong knowledge of React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
· Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
· Experience with version control systems such as Git.
General Skills:
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to support non-technical users.
