FCN is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Officer to lead online presence and engagement for Franklin Covey Nigeria. As a key member of the Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the digital and social media strategy, creating and curating content, and managing FCN’s online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and social media strategy aligned with FCN’s business objectives.
2. Manage and maintain FCN social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
3. Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) that resonates with FCN target audience.
4. Develop and execute influencer partnerships and sponsored content campaigns.
5. Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
6. Analyze and report on digital and social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, etc.) to inform future strategy.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business entities (Group business entities, Knowledge Management unit, Technology unit etc.) to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
8. Stay up to date with the latest digital and social media trends, best practices, and platform changes.
9. Manage and optimize FCN website and blog content to improve user experience and search engine rankings.
10. Develop and manage digital and social media budgets, ensuring effective Return on Investment (ROI)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital and social media marketing.
3. Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital and social media strategies.
4. Excellent content creation and curation skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and platforms.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret digital and social media metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
6. Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).
7. Experience with graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
8. Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, business units and external partners.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
11. Knowledge of content management systems like Wix, WordPress, etc.
