Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Job Type: 3 months renewable contract

The Group is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Analyst & Data Entry Officer for a 3-month renewable contract to clean our contact database. As a Data Analyst & Data Entry Officer, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently cleaning our existing contact database and entering clean data into all our devices while maintaining maximum data integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Extraction: Carefully extract data from existing device directories
2. Data Cleaning: Clean the extracted data and ensure data is correct, free of duplicate, and not compromised.
3. Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently entering cleaned data back into storage and ensuring data integrity and quality.
4. Data Verification: Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, correcting errors and discrepancies as needed.
5. Data Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date data records
6. Data Security: Ensure that there is maximum confidentiality, integrity, and security of the data with no data leakages or exposure.
7. Quality Control: Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and quality.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks assigned are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

1. Minimum
a. Secondary school certificate or equivalent
b. Minimum 2 years of experience in solving database management challenges and has the track record and can demonstrate with evidence how data was cleaned successfully as expected in this job
c. Proficient in data management tools such as MSAccess, MSExcel, MSPowerBI
d. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
e. Efficient knowledge and use of technology to process data in seconds for example use of card scanners
f. Strong organizational and time management skills
g. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Added Advantage
a. Post-secondary school education in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics and Statistics)
b. Quantitative Research experience
c. Proficiency in SQL will be an added advantage
